1.  You are allowed a maximum of two tries at a sketch change.  For any additional requested sketches, there will be an addditional $10 per sketch change. You can help me better get things more accurately by providing me with clear descriptions and reference pictures.

2.  I require at least half of the payment upfront if commission is $50 or over.   If the commission is dropped at anytime, refunds will not be made.

3.  I hold the right to stop or refuse any commission.

4.  I maintain copyrights.  This means that I can make prints, posted on my website or archives.  You do not own any of these rights, you just own the picture.  You may post it on a website only if you give proper credit, as well as use it as a desktop, but you may not make prints for profit, or claim it as your own.

5.  I require a reply within 72 hours for any contact, unless told in advance.  A failure to do so may result in a drop of the commission.

6.  I refuse to do the following:   Copyrighted characters, Sexual situations/innuendo, pregnancy/birth, obesity, hate/slander, religious themes, scat, or any kind of child porn.  My work is rated PG-PG13.  If there's any question of if I will or will not do the subject, please contact me!
